Why do a konami do these things? Money. They know people will spend 69 thousand dollarie doos on packs and will make bank because it's THE set with game fucking cards in it. Needless to say, as long as broken shit exists and is not stopped, they will continue to ruin the game and continue to make the game inaccessable to new players

And Snake eyes has to go huh, well i have no info on if the match up of Snake eye vs Fiendsmith if its a "balanced" match so they end up as a tier 1. Oooop watched as i was typing..........so the Fiendsmith ARE JUST THAT GENERIC WTH THEY CAN WORK WITH SNAKE EYE. I thought that Solemn Yugioh and Kingscarlet was the same person for a while.

I would of liked to see how a format would of been without her. But this was like Pepe in 2016 where in BOSH Konami gave us all the OCG imports the deck needed to be complete. It's fine, which makes it easier to splash the engine into other decks. I'm really looking forward to INFO everyday. I doubt we'll get any TCG exclusive good archetypes this time around but we can hope.

I absolutely hate how baby Goddess is only relevant thanks to Fiendsmith BS. Her effect being an activated targetting one sucks so bad. It should've been a continuous "If this card points to a monster: you can use it as material". That would make it an interesting boardbreaker along with her big form, cause if you manage to push through and put her and 1 other monster on your field, then you're essentially threatening to tribute 2 monsters the opponent controls in one-go regardless of protection and without any further activations; but instead now you just completely lose the play to Apo and thus you're required an additional 4th monster to tribute a single card. Konami seriously just throws darts on what cards to make broken or barely playable.

People would have just played Dracconet and White Duston instead, which ends on a rank 6 by the fifth special summon so, it's not like not having Moon would have changed much. It just makes the engine more splashable on decks that aren't Snake-Eye. Which, depending on how you see it, it could be considered a good thing.

As of yet, I don’t think I’ve seen a single person happy about how INFO will be released in the TCG. Most people are tired of being exploited like this, and I hope this set-with Fiendsmith being so splashable and making Tier 0 decks even BETTER-will be the one that breaks the camel’s back. This may be hard to say, but I think this set needs to do poorly for Konami to realize something is wrong with the health of the TCG. There are more options for TCGs than ever available in the West, and those games are seeing massive success. I’d rather play Magic or Magic clones and be able to afford it instead of the Yugioh TCG model.

You should look into the OCG tournament results before doing predictions. snake-eye/fiendsmith is definitly not the best deck past INFO. according to their tournament results snake-eye gets its ass clapped by tenpai (pre banlist atleast) and by yubel/fiendsmith. There was just 1 tournament (china regional finals) that was dominated by snake-eye everything else was won by tenpai or yubel/fiendsmith

I have faced Fiend Smiths online, and they're difficult to stop. Had to figure out what to interrupt on the fly, and the board is difficult to break as well. It is satisfying to beat them, though.
